Example:

  • Deposit: $1,000 USDC
  • NAV: $1.00
  • Deposit Fee (0.25%): $2.50 → team revenue
  • Net USDC: $997.50
  • User Receives: 997.5 JVAULT

Withdrawal Fee Calculation

Withdrawal Fee Calculation

USDC Before Fee = JVAULT Amount × Current NAV Fee Amount = USDC Before Fee × 0.0025 Net USDC = USDC Before Fee - Fee Amount

Example:

  • Withdraw: 1,000 JVAULT
  • NAV: $1.05

Revenue Model

Fee Distribution

  • Deposit Fees (0.25%): Team revenue for operations & development
  • Withdrawal Fees (0.25%): Stays in vault to increase NAV

The withdrawal fee mechanism creates a positive feedback loop:

  1. More Withdrawals → More fees stay in vault
  2. Higher Vault Value → Higher NAV per JVAULT
  3. Increased Token Value → Benefits all remaining holders

Example: Vault Growth from Activity

Example: Vault Growth from Activity

Week 1 End: $1.05M vault, 1.05M JVAULT, NAV = $1.001 Result: NAV increased from trading + withdrawal fees
